Why can't we link to images to put in our signatures with the new BB software?

Hello 69RoadRunner,

This new software is new to us too so we're all still feeling our way along but FWIW I was able to click the link in your signature and see the photo of your MH with the toad on a trailer.

As you're probably aware, the signature portion is warning us that we've exceed the three line maximum when we have pictures embedded. Ah, software... David

If I recall correctly the intent with the new software was to allow only three lines in the signature.

I know the links are "clickable". I was just curious if not allowing signature pics was intentional, or if it was overlooked in the transition.

It's not a complaint. I understand there probably will be some tweaking and configuring necessary.

I like the new software and think eliminating images from sigs is a great idea. Too much clutter - like mixing the comics and business sections of a newspaper.

For some of us the business section is the comics. (Sorry - couldn't resist ) David

What paper do you read? My business section reads more like the obituaries.

A couple of tips for formatting complex sigs:
Use the | to separate info
Embed links in text using the link feature (blue globe with chain links) so that we don't have tho view the code. Example:

I don't think Janet will get a raise. She already is paid more than double what an administrator or moderator makes, plus 12 weeks vacation per year.
