Winnebago Owners Forums - iPad app ?

I use the iRV2 app daily. Morning coffee, iRV2 starts every day....
Is there a way to connect to Winnebago OF using iPad app? I hate the google / internet explorer / Safari site!!! Thus I miss specific post that I should be seeing.
Too many ads...
The current app seems like itís become a Newmar specific site. Like reading about them, but a few years away from upgrading.
If no app YET, any hope of seeing one soon?

There is no Winnie Owners app at this time, although we may have one in the future.

Thatís great, but how soon? And why is one not available? You would think that because of the size of the Winnie constituents, they/we helped in making iRV2 what it is. I understand that every issue has 2 sides, and we may not understand the politics of whatís going on? Is any?
Hopefully it not like current governments shutdown. #banghead

Iím always a bit amazed with the number of posts on iRV2. If you look at new posts from one day to the next, there are often hundreds. During the same period, the Winnie Owners site might have about 5 to 10. Volume might drive what apps SocialKnowledge chooses to create. Canít imagine ďpoliticsĒ has anything to do with it.

So why did the site move off the general site. I thought it was the number of posts. The politic comment was made off the cuff. I wonder if all were together you might get more volume? My guess is the app gets more volume than the internet site?

The reason was explained in the WinnieOwners.com is Open thread.

The site is very new & is being monitored for participation. I'm sure if it gets traction & takes off, anything is possible.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Lori-

First and foremost, I love this site, great knowledge sharing and research capabilities. Love the community. Just trying to better understand. I donít think Iím alone, but maybe I am and am sorry for all the fuss.

I canít find the open thread, can you repost or tell me how to find. My frustration is I feel excluded in that I have to use the iRV2 internet site which has ads, and is not as user friendly as the app. Like I said I go on app every morning, not sure what Iím missing.

Why not have it so users could click on a configuration page to choose what general topics they want included, if you arenít interested in TT, or Class B, Diesel Pushers, post, you could exclude that? Or if you must segregate manufacturers, do them all and have a easy way on the app to switch to the different Mfr.

It's the 3rd stickie in our Winnebago Owners Forum section. I made the bolded title in my previous post a link so you can get to it.

One of the reasons for the WinnieOwners.com forum was just for that reason of breaking out all the different subjects that were all bunched together in our owners forum.

I'm gonna have to pass on all that tech-y segregating our current owner forums & app stuff. I don't know a thing about that & I don't even use an app because I don't own a smart phone. Someone who knows more than I do would have to address those questions.
