Why is iRV2 hosting a known Yahoo! mail fishing site? Why is iRV2 trying to steal people's Yahoo! IDs and Passwords?

As a long-time member of both iRV2 and Yahoo I have never been subjected to "phishing" (correct spelling) as the result of my membership.

Please explain why or how you suspect this to be true.
