Hey! I don't want to scare anyone, so I'm not going to comment. I'll just post this link and let you judge for yourself.

Something is happening in 2012

I'm going to watch it again on the 22nd.

That web site will self destruct in 11 days if we get by the 21st.

Different time zone than the Mayans. Hell, you've waited this long. Give it a few more hours before starting that shopping.

My normal comment on end of the world thins is : The only prediction I believe is "Though shall not know the day, nor the hour". Christ said only his father in heaven knew when, and he was not telling anyone, not even his only begotten son.

That said. The Myan calendar comes to the end of it's current cycle, however like all cycles, the end of one, is the start of another. Every time I have seen it depected I have seen a Disc or Circle.

Here is an exercise for you. Draw a circle, No pick a point on the circumference, From that point travel around the circle till you come to the end.

As you should know,, A circle, has no end.

Well, I wanted to be sure this whole end of the world thing is hokum... I always say, better safe than sorry... so, I gave my neighbor, who just happens to be visiting some family on the island of Kiribati (Tarawa), a ring.

It's been December 21st there for... Oh, something like 22 hrs now... and he said everything is quiet. Said he hasn't noticed any comets or asteroid landing in the yard... and, unless it's happened on the other side of the island, no Black Holes have swallowed anybody up... everyone's accounted for. Well, there was a pig the guy down the road couldn't find, but they located it in the neighbor's yard. (big scare for a bit...)

Anyway, he's promised to give me a jiggle if folks start getting sucked out, into space...

He did mention he'd heard a "rumbling" at about 10 this morning. Turned out the guy next door was rollin' a big metal drum into his yard... they're gonna have a big Christmas bar-b-que and the drum's gonna be one of the cookers. False alarm!

The Mayan's never predicted an End to the World! They did predict that there would be changes however and in that regard They are certainly correct!

I did hear a loud boom just before midnight that got Sadie all ballistic. Looked outside and only saw cold and dark.

It could have been Santa coming early to your house because you're such a good boy. :-)
