THANKS

Dad had a '51 convertible, burgundy, leather interior (I think). Remember the driver seat was smooth and rest rolled (I think). Wow memory gone. Great auto and convertible was way cool. He had it until '73. Always wished I had taken it but I had a new 240Z. Stupid kid (lol).

The front of the trailer looks like the back of a hearse. Maybe it's just me......

My first car was a 47 Hudson. Never could get the old boat running.

We visited the Hudson museum in Shipshewanna, Indiana a few years back. Great visit if you are in the Elkhart area.

SWEET!

1st car accident I was in was a Hudson.......Mom ran into a pole in parking area at Safeway.
Dented bumper and bent the pole over.

Dad didn't know about it for couple months

[emoji1] That's funny.
These days it would be the pole with zero damage. [emoji1]

It looks like a very nice resto-rod with anything under the car's metal skin no longer recognizable as being made by Hudson.

Very nice way to tour and for sure a standout on the road, in any campground or car show.

Thanks for the photo - wish there were more.

That's a work of art! If you're ever in Albuquerque, stop by Enchanted Trails RV Park. They have some vintage trailers and tow vehicles...I'm almost sure there's a Hudson - not as nice as yours. They rent them out as cabins. Adorable.

Great photo! I remember as a young kid crawling over the back seat of dads Hornet, onto back hat deck below the rear window and falling a sleep. Lot's of comfy room...Sure can't do that now!
