Anyone have any experience they can share for a newby wanting to tow this vehicle or perhaps a 2006 Infinity G-35

Pusher, the only 2006 Toyota product shown as being towable in the Motor Home Magazine "Dingy Towing" guide is the Toyota Rav and then only with a standard transmission.

As for the Infinity G35 Sport Sedan or Sport Coupe, it can be towed only with standard transmission, not automatic. Max towing speed listed is 60mph and every 500 miles it requires the engine be idled in neutral for several minutes.

Pusher,

Welcome . Glad to have you here.

If you have your heart set on towing either of the vehicles you listed, you can always trailer them & tow that. Although, from what I infer from your post, you are looking to tow without trailering, so I would then take LVJ58's advice.

Motorhome Magazine's dinghy towing guide is here if you want to take a look at it.

It's always a good idea to consult your vehicle's owner's manuals for precise towing instructions/limitations.

We tow a 2005 Tacoma ( same as your 06) It is a 4x4 Auto. You need to buy a Remco driveshaft disconnect. Works fine.
