The cheap ones you get from Blue Ox have long since been lost.

They are 1 7/8" trailer hitch ball covers. They fit like a glove and keep the bugs etc out when you don't have the pins installed. They are a little tricky to find. I found these at a store in WA called The Big R that has now changed hands. Have not checked my old standby Amazon.com

TANX!
Been three years but I think I slipped a short piece of 1/2" conduit over the things and just bent them down a bit. I don't remember having to apply a lot of pressure.

Don that sounds too simple! Zip tie that plug on there and come on by my place, 8lb sledge, 16lb sledge, come-a-long, welder, torch, jack, tractor with lift we'll fix that license plate! Wait, what was we fixing again?
