Who was the Lone Ranger's sidekick?

Of course that would be Tonto, but the irony is that Tonto was actually a Mohawk from Canada rather than from a Western tribe.

Who was Hopalong Cassidy's sidekick?

That would be Gabby Hayes who was from that great Western town of Wellsville, NY.

There were two versions of the Gilligans Island theme song. What is the difference between them?

In the original version, the characters are named as "Gilligan, the Skipper too, the Millionaire and his wife, the movie star and the rest...." In the second version. "and the rest" is replaced by "the Professor and MaryAnn".
