We must be near the same age. These are some of the earliest show that I remember, also.

Hi palehorse89,

The Munsters pet dragon was named Spot, but it was really Eddie's pet dragon.

Cheers !!!

The Wonderful World of Disney (1969–1979)

Still remember how the closing credits brought the realization that it was bedtime and Monday morning meant - back to school.

Reading this thread and all of those memories coming to mind and then looking up and thinking of the selection that is on tv today for our young to watch, really sad! They are missing some great shows! I am glad I got to live in a time that I had the chance and have the memories.

Red Skelton and Sing Along with Mitch. Yes, I can remember when tv went off and they played Star Spangled Banner and then a test pattern appeared. Boy, I must be getting old!

Old Shows

Great Thread!! What about Andy Griffith ( Mayberry) - Who can still whistle the intro song?, and the Beverly Hillbillies? "swimming pools, movie stars", and Lost in Space " Danger Will Brown", and can anyone name the show that had the often quoted " just the facts Ma'am"?
