I don't think that anyone is going to want to run out and buy a locking sewer cap!

I have seen this story since.. Well, I think the 70's (Someone said 90's but I think it was earlier than that) back when I was a police dispatcher the "Trad" magazines carried it.

Now, fact is, the only TOP entntrance to a black tank does not look like a gas cap, though it often gets gassed, and does have a cap (LID) .. It looks like either a stink pipe (Roof vent pipe) or a toilet.

HOWEVER someone came up with a new twist on that story that does make it possible.

Seems the enterprising RVer had converted a second fuel tank to use as a black tank and.. Well..

Frankly I think that story is a urban myth .. but then I could be wrong.
