The 'old days' were so much fun. We had no idea what we did not have, but at the same time had most of what was important. Also notice that in the old pictures of the school kids, hardly any of them were 'over weight' compared to todays schools kids?

The music was great

But life wasn't for most women that was before the pill, women couldn't get a loan without permission of their husbands or co-sign from daddy etc. etc.. Good times for guys with money and cars until they got drafted. Hmmm, you couldn't drag me back to that era with team of horses

Felt more like current events. Remember well taking the kids to the drive in with a bed in the back, took our own pop corn. Other than my own recordings the only time this music is available is during fund drives on PBS-----Sad.

Yep, I'm a Geezer.
