Advice/Advise

When one gives a person good advice, the recipient might be well advised to take it. Likewise, if someone wants to be advised of anything, then the person might want to heed the advice. But one can’t really ask for advise. Can they?

You give advice and take advise.

What about.....I would rather do this, than that. Or would I rather do this, then that. Two other frequently misused words.

Guys... this discussion doesn't have anything to do with MH Problems so I'm going to move the thread to "Just Conversation"
