Aero trailer manual

I have to redo the complete floor of my 2002 Aero trailer - completely rotten. I would like to have a repair manual (something similar to the Chilton for automobile) that would help me with the actual mechanic, electricity, plumbing, propane, etc. to bring this project to a happy end.

I don't know if such a manual exists, for RV's,( at least it didn't when I was doing repairs) I think you will have to get the code books for each system, and take a bunch of pictures as you take things apart.
Floors can be miserable , because the floor is built then the walls go down on top and are attached to the floor.
Good Luck with your project.

I don't think such a manual exists.

Replacing the entire floor would be a monumental task because that's the first thing that gets screwed to the frame (after the axles) before the rest of construction begins. Then all the interior walls, cabinets, then exterior walls go in on top.

We had a 2000 Aerolite with the exact same problem. I put 5/8" tongue & groove plywood down over the floor and then covered the plywood with self-stick vinyl planking. It worked OK although it was still a little springy. At least it kept us from putting a foot through the floor. Traded the trailer soon afterward.
