Dave & Beth, Others.

I did not mention this but I was referring to 55+ parks in South Dakota not Nebraska.

We keep our 5r there for now and when we FT will be spending most months up there in the spring & summer. We do however travel a lot in S.D. It has an abundance of CG's and I actually only know of 2 that we have seen are 55+ in the whole state.

Tourism being huge and # 1 industry there caters to the tourists and perhaps most tourists have kids. Not sure, but in comparison to what we saw in Florida not even close. Perhaps most 55+ folks don't venture north quite as much.

55 or not park, I want to have nice spacious lot, place to set up my portable fire pit and burn wood, dog friendly, and neighbors that don't mind if I get out the guitar and do a little pickin. DW, she would add that pools and hot tubs are nice plus. I know were asking a lot

Well, I won't mind the pickin', in fact, would probably join you....

and depending on how your wife looks, won't mind her joining my blondie in the hot tub

but to your other 'restrictions' === they align quite nicely with mine !

If you really are sad and think nobody cares, just try missing a few payments ! '11 Monaco Diplomat 43DFT RR10R pushed by a Demco Excali-Bar II hitch which is pushed by a '14 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport.
