I am 70, have not missed a day of some form of exercise since I was a teenager. Last time I was sick was when I missed a day of school at age 13. What's the secret - being BLESSED, lucky, but with those one needs an attitude of "sickness / injury / illness" get out of the way, I have a happy healthy life to live. Basically, I am running from sickness. DON'T accept it!!!
