I don't know how to make it fancy like the previous post. Our fifth stay was in 2004- Bear Paw Campground (regular and adult only) in Valdez.

Restrooms and showers are immaculant- unisex for easy access for both me & women.

Central location- easy to walk to just about anything in town- groceries, boat tours, museum, "The Prospector", hardware, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful views of the mountains and the harbor.

The owners/ hosts are some of the most friendly and helpful of any campground that we have ever stayed at.

We just got back last week from our Alaska trip. Best one for me was Heritage RV Park in Homer. Site was right on the beach facing the water. Seals in the water right in front of the RV and a Golden Eagle resting on a light pole in the park.
