Makes me re-think camp sites. Already have 'do not set up too close to a babbling stream that could flood and wash campers down stream'. Now 'do not camp below and round bolders'. I saw a nice RV Park in Prescott AZ. Now it might not be as nice.

Great idea, but wouldn't that require a constitutional amendment, and then would you ban all rocks or just boulders. Realize that some people like to keep larger size rocks for protection and cover. But mayors in some big cities won't allow that.
Some rocks are excellent for chocking RV tires on a hill, particularly when camping in the boonies, so they serve a useful purpose.
Let's ponder that awhile...
