Corruption", they started charging sales tax last January. You don't actually think Springfield would pass up an opportunity to soak the taxpayer even more, do you?
Even with now paying sales tax, Amazon is still my preferred retailer, especially with Amazon Prime two-day shipping. I don't trust eBay, the deals don't seem as good as they used to and most sellers seem to charge outrageous amounts for shipping. And good luck trying to return something. With Amazon it's seamless.
My only beef with Amazon is that it's nearly impossible to talk to a human if you have an issue; they make you go through their automated pull-down menus for customer service, which can be frustrating. But I've only had to contact them about a problem once or twice and each time it was resolved successfully.
