Dunner... get an IPOD or MP3 player...no click to wake you when the music is done!
It worked before it should work again and is less expensive in the long run than meds are! Not so hard on your liver either! Sweet dreams!

I have never been able to sleep with the radio on or things in my ear. I do have an iPod though.

I copied some pictures from it, but I don't know how to copy pictures to it. Haven checked the help or Google yet.

Seems to be a contradiction to consume caffeinated beverages all afternoon and evening then wonder why you have trouble sleeping.

It takes me about a month to drink gallons of tea. Very little coffee or beer. Love cold water.
