Judy Mercado could be excused if she thought nature was out to get her. The Laveen, Ariz., woman's home was flooded by monsoon rains and her insurance company refused to cover the damage. She then moved into a travel trailer and eight days later lightning struck the rig. Mercado wasn't injured, but an area of the trailer siding melted.
