THANKS!

Yeah, love the bike, but wish I was 30 years younger - envied this bike when they were new and I was riding my Honda 750 - but now, this 22K miles '83 KZ1100LTD is merely a nostalgic piece of "mobile art" - way too heavy for me to ride, so I just admire and polish it regularly - and occasionally fire it up to hear that magic 4 cylinder music!

Now, best thing I could do is sell it, and start on another, more practical project I can both look at, AND actually use...

I think not. I left California several years ago and just haven't had a reason to return.

BTW I lived in Santee and El Cajon for several years. Nice place out there in the east country. Lake Jennings has a good campground and trout fishing.

Not really a classic, but it's sorta a "23" T. Although they didn't look like that in 1923.
Lot of fun.

Neat. As I said several pages back, there are Classic Car Club of America "Classics", and there are other definitions of classic. A phrase DW & I use is "'Good example". A car, house, RV, etc. may not be our favorite, but we can really appreciate that is a good example of what it is. Your car is a really good example of a "T-bucket"

These have been around for a long time. Mine was built in 2001. Remember "kookie" in 77 Sunset Strip. That car is still around. I get a kick out of driving around and seeing people smile and give thumbs up.

I don't have a picture of my 1932 Chevrolet Confederate BA to post. My Dad, BIL, and I restored it in the 1970's. Dad willed it to me. Wonderful memories.

Not a muscle car but we love it
Met a guy last year towing one. He had it painted exactly like Herbie, and he also got a lot of comments and praise.

We just pulled out my Dad's first Caddy from storage. It has been in the family since he bought it new in 1975.

What a great - slightly esoteric - collection!
