Parked near Desert Hot Springs n. of Palm Springs, CA. The DW felt the coach rock noticeably about 10 cycles. She said it was different from the wind blowing us around. I was outside putting stuff into a basement compartment and didn't feel anything.
7.2 magnitude s/w of Yuma in the Baja about 3:45 pm Easter Sunday.

We were at daughters home in Scottsdale, AZ - I was tuning up her computer when I felt the room shake and the vertical blinds moving. Daughter and wife said it was the breeze blowing! No, it was shaking!!

We live in Yuma, about 60 - 70 miles from the epicenter. The shaking was pretty violent and lasted quite a while. A few things fell down on the shelves but no apparent damage. There were quite a few aftershocks and some were significant.

Probably one of the strongest quakes we've been in. No one around Yuma was hurt as far as I can tell.

None on the Gulf Coast, come on down (or over)! Of course, we will be into hurricane season here shortly. But, that's never a problem - if it goes someplace else.

Yep, that's the plan. If a hurricane hits the Gulf, color me gone.

We were on the CA side of the river near Parker, AZ, and we were rockin' pretty good. The wind was gusting kinda high and most people thought that caused the rocking, but all the current and former Califorinians figured it out real quick.

Just got back to the USA from Rocky Point, Mexico. The only way to tell you what we felt was "we were in the Motor Home and went in 6 directions at the same time, up, down, to the right, to the left, backwards, forwards." I told daughter it was like being on the Earthquake ride but lasting for 30-40 seconds.
Neighbor is from California and her family and friends had some thing fall off the wall and from shevlfes, but thankful no real damage.

We are in Avondale Arizona..and sitting outside when the tremor came........the water in our pool slouched out of our pool like a huge wave spilling out all over the cool decking for quite awhile, our chihuahuas and other dogs next door were really barking. Second time I have ever felt any kind of tremor here in Arizona.

My Mom lives in Torrance, CA and said they felt it, and the aftershocks, pretty well. She has been through worse, though.

I'm with Jim & Wayne; prefer hurricane's over shakers any day. With a hurricane you always have time to bug out (of course much faster if you always keep a hurricane box
