Anybody use Republic Wireless?

My wife found out about RW while watching Clark Howard's tv show today. It looks like a decent possible way to save money using a smart phone that switches to wifi when it is available. Rates on their web site say $20/smart phone with unlimited texting, data, and internet. Has anyone heard of this new company? Thoughts?

Never heard of 'em however T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Virgin Mobile.. All the smart phones usually switch to Wi-Fi if they can. This is by no means a unique feature.

I have been using MIFI from Verizon when we are in our RV. It's comes with a higher monthly price but the connection is secured for your banking transactions
