Anyone swap cigarettes for electric?
I've been cigarette free for 8 months now.

Never let your guard down. One puff away from a pack a day.

Good job, I've been smoke free for 4 months now but still use my vapor with very little nicotine. I've opened a special brokerage account and all the money I've saved from not smoking is deposited into that account in hopes of buying a new rig somewhere down the road. Anytime I think about having a cigarette I think about the new rig I want and that helps with the craving.
Keep up the good work and stay smoke free.
Rob

Quit about 15 years ago. The physical addiction is gone but the mental addiction never truly leaves. If I picked up one I would be back to two packs a day tomorrow. The other problem is every time I quit I gained 20 pounds, each time I started back up I never lost any of it. Can't afford to quit again at that rate. Congratulations and good luck.

I agree with all statements here... the mental part never really leaves you, and if you even touch one cigarette, POOF, you're back on that stupid wagon.
I started with a small ecig, then upgraded to the pen style, now I carry a itaze svd and it's amazing!! It's large, but works really great.

I smoked a pipe for 36 years. Quit August 1st. Never went to the E cig. DW quit also but started again with a death in the family. Trying to convince her to set a date to quit for the day we get back on the road end of April. Hope she can.
I kind of had a craving last week, Was watching the Good The Bad and The Ugly and there was a scene where Lee Van Cleaf Lit a pipe. But not enough of one to relapse.

I quit smoking in1983, cold! I didn't have any cravings after about 2 months. Mentally I am done with it. I have no interest in it what so ever.
Congratulations on quitting and keep at it.

Will try the electric gizmo, patches don't work, well maybe a patch of duct tape over my mouth would suffice.
Hmmmm if that electric cig gizmo was hooked up to 220...might work real good LOl
