A Manhattan (up). Bartender's version is 4 ingredients: 3/4 wiskey, 1/4 sweet Vermouth, a dash of cherry juice (and a cherry), and a shake of bitters. At home it's only 2 ingredients: Wiskey and sweet Vermouth- a great cold weather cocktail. You can also have a Brandy Manhattan- just substitute the Wiskey with Brandy. Shake ingredients and serve in a Martini glass.

Nah, I enjoy a nasty scratchy "Nik Nik Nik" drink.

In a small glass or tall shot glass you layer equal parts Kailua and Baileys in that order and use a spoon to keep them separated. The carefully lay down some whiskey. You will understand the name when you see the results. Toss it back all at once. I am not big on sweet drinks but this is a tasty shot.
Yes, I had one once, all I did was Fart

I'm even simpler - a beer or ale is now my drink of choice. I'm fond of Becks, Peroni, and several brands of weisbeers or Hefeweisens. Or just plain old Coors Light on a warm afternoon.

I prefer home brewed Irish stout. Of course we usually always have a light beer on tap also. Almost worth a trip to WY. Ya think?
