Interesting that he first presented this in 1998...it's also interesting that he began his career with the KGB in 1976 (32 years ago) but he is only 50 years old. What did 18 year olds do in the KGB?

Of course I would get stuck in Atlantic America, the land of high fuel taxes and very little oil production. The Bounder may end up on blocks with a permanent deck around her.

Been thinking for years that Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisana should form their own oil producing cartel, but I guess we could take in the rest of the Gulf states.

To quote Sam Houston when he was President of the Republic of Texas:
"Texas can survive without the United States, but the United States cannot survive without Texas."

But what the Mexican group forgets to point out is the French and the Spanish stole the land from the native Americans in the first place. If they are so hung up on reclainming the land for the "original" tennants, they need to pass it back to the Indians.
