...and we had a record high temp here in Mpls/St Paul of 88 degrees. Makes it kind of hard to leave here for southern Texas

Well i thought we might be heading foe a bit of warm, BUT it is -41 C wind chill, I awoke at 5am being very cold, furnace fires up in S&B but the blower / fan will not engage, the pipes are frozen and the fireplace is running on overtime, all doors are closed off and I have a tiny heat fan and 2 oil heaters on the go...

just too cold to overcome, heating guy is OUT on a job, other heating guy is not licensed to work in town (he takes care of all the P&H in the Hutterite Colony,
He might come take a look... if anyone from town sees him and reports he was at my place it is a fine I don't want... so much for helping hands these days...

So reading about all your warm places is not making me feel too good.
So with calls into as many plumbers as might be available I sit here as close to the fire as I can and hope it doesn't get any worse, have a wolly hat on and looking for my gloves.......

Baby it IS COLD outside ..... and inside too...

( supposed to go up to-15 in a couple of days! )

Young at heart,
Older in other places !
