Our standard schnauzer, Abby, will get on the sofa and then park her rear on your leg and sit with her legs hanging over. Try getting her to move.....she will when is ready.

In a prior life I owned a couple of Great Danes and they are infamous for backing up to you and plopping their butt in your lap. Problem is, when the dog weighs 175lbs... "no" doesn't always mean no.

They're killers though.
