Generally, we don't do extended warranties but when we bought our current coach, we decided to do one to cover the fairly complicated house systems on this coach. We got one from Cornerstone based out of Hickory, NC. While I cannot attest to the +/- of other warranties, this one has been very good. We have used it three times and in all cases, the repair shops told me they (Cornerstone) was one of the best, in terms of getting prompt approvals for repairs and being reasonable overall. Like all insurance, you are buying it for peace of mind and you may never get your money back. In our case, we got our premium back in the first 16 months of ownership and we have two years left on the plan.

At this point the plan has paid for (parts and labor) for a new clothes dryer, a replacement inverter, a door awning motor, and three other labor-intensive repair items.

There's a search box at the top of the page......enter extended warranties....There's been a lot of conversation and info regarding extended warranties......Some folks are of the opinion that it isn't worth it too buy an extended warranty.....some self finance by putting money aside every month.....An extended warranty is nothing more than a service contract really.....I think if your not mechanically inclined it might be a good deal to get an EW.......I would also consider an emergency roadside service, which would at no0 charge change tires and tow your rig if you needed it towed. Good Sam and Coachnet are the big names with RVers.......

Safe and Happy Travels.

Extended warranties are like anything else, to get the best deal for your particular circumstance....shop around. We went with www.wholesalewarranties.com because they had a plan that worked for us. Plus they're very easy to work with.
