There is a place in Kent, WA called Caveman Kitchen
Brisket, Chicken, Ham, Sausage, Turkey, Beans all of it outstanding. Perfect smoke.
You can even have your own meats custom smoked if you're in town long enough.

Hatfield's BBQ in Rockport, Texas....on the coast. He started out with a flooring company. Started Smoking and BBQing on Fridays, sharing with employees, customers, and anyone that dropped by.
Now doing the BBQ full time. Really really good stuff.

Copper Top BBQ in Big Pine, CA. was named top restaurant by Yelp for 2015. Never have eaten there but plan to in the future. It's a 4 hr 246 mile drive from where I live.

We found some pretty good ribs at Dos Okies in Port Townsend WA. It's been a couple of years but I'll bet they're still there.

Smokehouse BBQ in Kansas City, MO. Best damn Burnt ends you will ever taste. Their baked beans are to die for too.

Yes, Dos Okies had really good food... Larry retired about six months ago after trying hard to find a buyer for the business and having no luck.
So he shut it down and retired. Really too Bad.........
Cheers,
Don

You won't be able to get to this place by RV b/c it's in Barbados ... the Oistin's Fish Market. They BBQ'd up some sword fish just unloaded from one of the boats - that, plus rice & beer, it was fantastic!! Only $8.00 too!
Cheers,
Steve

Best Thing We Ever Ate - BBQ
We find them by going thru town at noon. Which one is busiest? Bingo!
We have found many Om-Nom Q spots around the country. Can't pick just one; the local variances in cooking, wood, and sauces makes the entire experience wonderful! And a GRAND hobby.
Constant travels makes for seldom eating Q at the same place more than once.
Enjoy!
