My name is Andy and I am an ER/Trauma RN. I would suggest you find a cardiologist. Someone who specializes. Primary care Doc's can certainly help, however a cardiologist is better in the long run, specializing in the heart. Let them get to know you and how your body reacts to each medication. You wouldn't take your RV to a motorcycle dealer for service, would you? High blood pressure is the fast track to stroke. I would recommend you go to the nearest Emergency room, get yourself evaluated, have an EKG done. Then have them do a cardiology consult.
