Blue Ox

I'm posting this in the Just Conversation thread because Blue Ox is a sponsor here (Also the New Member thread, and Winnebago Industries Thread)

Back in September of 2013, I purchased a KarGard II tow protection screen. It was a short time later that it started to tear at the seam on the tow bar side. I took pictures and contacted Blue Ox. I also informed them that I was going on an extended trip.

Well, we returned last month and I contacted Blue Ox. A few email correspondences and yesterday a new screen arrived. I have an RMA for FedEx to return the torn screen.

Thank you Blue Ox, you are surely living up to your reputation for good service. Oh, and I have your Base Plate for my 2013 Lincoln MKX and your Aventa II tow bar. All good products.

It is always good to hear when companies stand behind their products and take care of issues!

Pro-rate the expense over a 5 year period, maybe even longer. it looks better $$wise.

They are good that way.. Have a few Blue-Ox products (Tow bar, "Underskirt" (A screen that goes between motor home and towed I think they changed the name of it) and a steering stabilizer.

I give them highest marks for after market customer service.

I just bought a Kargard II and installed it and all was hooked up to the Jeep, had my wife move the MH up a few feet to reposition the MH and a seam ripped, I has the proper tension on it too, this seems to be a common problem, I called Blue OX and they did not have them in stock so I am waiting for a new one to come we will see if they come through or not.

Also agree on the Blue OX equipment, do not have the Kargard, but having put my 4 yrs in the USMC, I learned that some can destroy an anvil with a feather.
