Body and Paint Work Brotherz RV Indio CA

Just recently I purchased a 2000 Beaver Marquis Amethyst in as New condition. The previous owner had damaged the lower front right bumper and had to have fiberglass and paint repair done. Paint was matched correctly but the repair guys didn't wait long enough for the glass work to set up and Now the paint is bubbling and pealing off.
Was given a warranty before I purchased the coach By Brotherz RV for the repair of the pealing paint but Brotherz RV and paint repair here in Indio CA has been putting me off for 6 months now. Has anybody else had such a problem with this painter? If so how should I go about getting him to Honor his word to warranty his work? I Thank you for your time and Opinions in this matter.
