Hey I'll go for the scan. If anybody gets their jollies from my scrawny 76 year old body, so be it.

If I could drive my MH to Hawaii I would have no reason to fly at all.
I love traveling our nations roadways.
Happy Trails.

I no longer have to fly for work meetings etc., therefore I will drive 5-8 days before I will fly anywhere in the US or Canada. (Forget visiting Mexico!)

I have no trust in the USA approach to security and/or border control. Every 10th US citizen did not attack the pentagon or the twin towers. Need I say more.

I look at it this way. The people here in NY think you in California over the San Andreas fault are nuts for living there. You don't.

All the incessant histeria and fear are not going to stop any really bad guys. You actually believe a government agency's reports of supposed threat. It's a wonderful way to get you to conform. It's a great way for them to keep their jobs. If the majority is afraid, then the minority will be pointed at as a group which must be controlled against their will. Since I have not taken a flight since this latest assault on my constitutional freedom, I'm not sure how much stink I might make. Maybe to prove there's nothing dangerous in my body cavity. All I do know is that at the Disney entrance in Orlando when they TRIED to insist on taking my fingerprints there was a severe problem. Stripping down to nothing is a possibility at the airport. Just as long as I remember to not touch myself in public. That would be against the law. Nakedness would be compliance and protest.

My;; so many opions.. I must ask you a question; 2 planes setting on the runway Both leaving and arriving at the same destination At the same time ,Fully loaded. One plane body scanns all the passengers, the other one just lets every one walk on, And take a seat. Because of all the profiling law suits. Lets be honest Which plane will you try to get on ::: all I ask is to think about it;; Life is good;

I will never fly Again. Hawaii - Will take my coach in a container ship. Alaska - Ferry. Once they start requiring pat downs and scans for these destinations, I'll just skip the ride. Been there done that. This is only going to hurt the airline industry and our economy... but it will make a few people rich.

Only exception will be if a loved one is dying and my coach can't make it there in 24 hours.

Oh how I wish life was so simple that my only worry and concern would be not getting a pat down or scan at an airport. Its all a conspiracy, the government is out to get us. Big bad government taking away my freedoms... grrrr I love America.

Neither. I wish it was 1970 again. I could rob a bank and jump out the back of a plane with the loot. Smoke at work and drive cars that were made or real metal!

I just ordered a leapord skin speedo thong and I'm going to velcro a pair of gray sweats on and when it comes time- WHIPPO. Ever since I had the new knee I have to be strip searched. I wonder if I just wore a Braca?

After 25 years in and out of airports every week I'm done with it too

Don't care how long the drive is.

AP Enterprise: FAA loses track of 119,000 aircraft - Yahoo! News

And you want them to PROTECT you? Not likely. I say stop being afraid. When your number is up NOTHING is going to protect you. I also repeat they scare you to keep their jobs. What is the difference in being scared by the terrorists or being scared by your own inefficient or neglectful government? There is none.
