Hi
I was on the roof applying protechal. It was only 72 degrees but that roof got hot real quick, kneeling on it.

My knee caps are burnt

That's what I get for being a new Rv guy on the block. Will wear knee pads or long pants nexrt time.

And those da--- skinny ladders on the MH. They're too narrow, and I'm only 5' 7".

If I get rich, someone else will do it. I don't plan to hold my breath on that one

I'm in AZ. We are in the midst of a cold snap. Only 98 today. What does your height have to do with the width of the ladder?

Hint, don't waste money on protectants, Dicor says to wash the roof annually (SpicNSpan), otherwise nothing is needed, it has a 12 year warranty. Saves wear N tear on the body too_yours.

Try applying your protectant with a swiffer type mop. A lot easier on the back and knees. I use one to apply 303. Just replace their cleaning pad with a microfiber cloth or cotton fabric. Works for me.

Overalls are your friend, buy a pair and some knee pads, your life will be infinitely happier doing any project, not just the RV

And my wife is always nagging me to wear shorts when we travel. Climbing in, over, around, and under is not conducive to wearing shorts. I always wear jeans.
