Bursitis?

Grand-kids were over yesterday and we were throwing a nerf football around. Soon after, my right elbow swelled up like a small balloon. WTH?

No pain just swelling.

OK, Dave thanks for the heads up.

Mom is here to visit and we lost her daughter, my Sis Friday while in Hospice. I need to spend this afternoon hanging with her.

I'll exit that job thing for a bit tomorrow to get it looked at.

Sorry for you loss!

Good luck, happy trails, and God Bless!

Sam,

had the same thing a couple years back. all of a sudden my elbow swelled and turned a bit red. went to the doctor, they tried draining and real strong antibiotics, with no resolve. end of the day they went in and cleaned it up. not a bad surgery, and recovery was pretty quick for me. Hope all goes well and i wish you my best.

Thanks Paul. That will likely be the next step as it is filling back up already. Minor stuff in the the grand scheme of life and in comparison to the difficulties that some others face.

No fooling set it aside, I lost 2 toes this summer @ 61 and had my 4th heart attack and 4th angioplasty 6th stent. I had 28 years perfect attendance when I was working.
By the way I lost my toes to a bone infection.
JS,
Tim

I get what you're saying now, Dave. The UC sent the sample to lab and should have results by tomorrow. Balloon is back. Why does an old Pink Floyd song keep playing in my head?

Sorry to hear that Tim but your warning is heard loud and clear. If I can't get into a Doc that can open it up by Thursday I'll go to an ER. Hope it's not septic.
