It's called Algae, Blue-Green to be specific, closed the lake for most of the summer last year - good thing we don't drink out of it!

I remember how it would just sit there like a small lake in your hands or on the ground. Like liquid BB's. Seems like all the fun stuff is now bad for you!

We did some driveway campin' last week to get the Bounder ready for the season! Also got our first HOA letter, nagging us to get it outta here, which I promptly took to the outhouse to use for its intended purpose.

Anyone else doing any driveway campin'???

That's the only drawback I can see...and if ya hadn't picked up the mail... you would never of had that little irritation!

We have a couple of times this last month. Just getting "Gracie" ready to roll, although we sometimes get company here with their motorhome and the neighbours are cool with that. The neat thing is everyone on our street has some sort of RV; albeit one is a boat, but all are stored at home.

We have driveway camped overnight and had a great time. Usually we will take adult beverage in the evening and sit inside and talk about past and future trips.

Ah, the days of [Moderator Edit] dealings. Life is too short to put up with the busy-bodies. Sarah, you need to ditch the city house and find a nice spot of land in the country with no [Moderator Edit].

Oh the joys of sticks and bricks. I had forgotten how much fun it was being stuck on a foundation, unable to move when the grass grows to long.

Isn't it funny how much we enjoy just sitting in the RV?? I told my hubby that as long as we are inside, the view is always the same.

We have often discussed moving to a more rural setting where we can build an RV garage and do as we please. Maybe after the hubby retires we'll get serious about it.

I'm afraid that I'm a home-body. I love to travel, but I LOVE to come home. It's nice having the best of both worlds... except for the HOA.
