I hear ya, Diane. I'm surprised that the police even bothered with that call; you weren't breaking any laws. They should have given your neighbor a citation for being a busybody.

The are 3 motorhomes and a popup in the driveways on our block. Two of them belong to police officers. Doubt that anyone will complain to the PD here. The joy of living in an older neighborhood...

I could say something xenophobic, but I won't.

This wasnt meant to be a slur. In my area, if you have a problem with a neighbor, best to take a cake and discuss it. These neighbors were French, and spoke no English, i apologize if i offended.... I had even picked up something he dropped in the street and returned it several months before. It was his wallet... So i coukd not understand why....

Sue and I are driveway camping out of necessity. We got back from our winter hibernation in FL to find several burst pipes! I've fixed one which allows half the house to pressure up and get hot water and one bathroom. The other bursts are isolated and can be dealt with in due course. In the meantime, we can carry on camping ( until the holding tanks get full! )

Rain, snow, sunshine,Have the MH in my Driveway
and have been in her almost daily all winter except the -20-30 degree days.
Yesterday was the first day I didn't have to turn the heat on
sat in her all yesterday afternoon reading my new Summit Racing Parts catalog. What a day it was even had a few windows open
Haven't heard from the city but if I can make it till next fall we will become full timers so won't have to go thru with the withdraws anymore.
Tim
