Folks, attacking one another is not permitted here at iRV2 and those comments have been removed.

Discuss the topic and not each other.

Thanks!

Camping World or any other shop is only as good as the staff working their. There attitude toward customer service says it all.

Much like any chain business.
We have a McDonalds close to us, nobody around here will go into, The staff is a bunch of lazy, ne'er do well slackers, and you are lucky to even be waited on.
Instead we all go 1 mile up the road to a McDonalds with a professional, friendly staff.

Glad it worked out for you at CW, lord knows they need a bone thrown to them once in a while. Sad that it took a sales associate to correct the problem and not a CW employee.
Will say a prayer for you and hope you spend another 250,000 miles exploring the country !
