If you were on the coast, I'd say the state park at Brookings but most all of the Oregon state parks are nice, much nicer than our California parks.

If you dry camp Collier Canyon Rest area on I-5 about 15 miles south of the OR/CA border is large and nice. As mentioned above the Rogue State park at exit 55 and 7 Feathers at exit 99 are good stops.
