Life is Good and getting better. There is no clock or calender just the travel to where shorts are the proper dress code. Haven't had long pants on since 1/13/11. Gotta be around the grand kids for the holiday, head south 12/27/11.

Got retired when my company was sold 6 years ago. Had no retirement. But, got our new MH and heading to FL for winter. Looking forward to December when we head south. Don't want to see a repeat of last year's snow, ice and YUCK. Spent most of the summer doing small stuff (detailing - updating) our coach. The Beast is shiny and ready to go. Whoopi.....

They say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence! But I always say" Retirement is great, all ya got to do is get old to do it." Iv'e been trying to get it right for over 13 years and my wife still finds work for me.

DW and I have been retired for over 10 years. Its the only way we could go south for each winter. Love Colorado but not in the winter. Use to love the snow but I've gotten wiser in my old age. Cannot figure out how I use to work and get anything finished. Notice I did not say "done" done is what happens when you cook meat. Finished is what we do when we complete something.

Retirement is the only fulltime job in America, where no one can tell you when the job is finished.
