57 days until I retire, 40 work days left, but who is counting? Then we are off to southern Ga. work camping for the winter. No more shoveling snow no more -20 degree mornings and scraping ice off the car window before work.

Retirement is everything you ever wanted it to be. I pulled the pin last year and haven't looked back.

I retired in '98, but am still working till my wife can retire. Problem is, the grandkids (11 and 19) we're raising and the money she makes is too good!!

Retirement isn't all it is cracked up to be. You don't get any holidays off, you don't get any vacations, and you don't get weekends off either.

Retirement is good. Don't do anything Mon-Fri-and take the weekend off to rest up . Monday I try to finish up what I didn't do Mon-Fri of the previous week. Cycle repeats all the time.
