Can't respond to question on newsletter

There is something wrong with the process of answering a question on an email irv2 newsletter that showed up in my email. The subject is "How do you shave?". When I click on that question, I am taken to an irv2 page where I am asked to sign in. I provide userid and password and I get an error message "page not working, too many redirects"

Sorry, you are having problems. The newsletter is sent out and is a group of links to various threads in the forum. So when you do click a link it is taking you to the forum where you need to sign in and then can participate in the discussion.
Occasionally I have seen the "too many redirects" error pop up.
I just tested on Chrome from Gmail and on an ipad email to Safari. Both worked as it should.
Have you tried any of the other links on the newsletter?
