Carson Mansions

I took these while staying in Eureka, CA. It is a pretty town with some unique and interesting architecture. I do not know if I am allowed to post a link or not but it is a link to wikipedia about the two mansions.
Look at the detail work and imagine doing it all with hand or human powered tools.
There is a working wood shop/museum in town that has a huge collection of human powered tools of the type used on this building. If anyone is interested, I have pictures of it also. I do not know if this is the forum to post this type of thing. If not could someone tell me where to post pictures??

Wow, those are gorgeous.

This forum is fine for sharing a few pics. You can also share photos in the Photos section Main Index - iRV2.com RV Photo Gallery , or you might consider starting a blog and including some of your photos.
