We will be traveling to Canada this summer and I have heard that once in Canada the CP starts "romaing". What do I need to call the US and save on phone cost? Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you
When you get to Canada, buy a phone card and use that. We paid $10 for one in 2007 for our trip to Alaska. Worked like a champ and we had about $2 left over.

If you have an iPhone or any other phone with data on it, make sure you turn off data roaming. It took us a few very large phone bills to figure out where the charges were coming from.
