Christmas Lights

Some friends 20+ years ago were "RVers" in a bumper pull. They said setting up the site with lights, etc was almost a competition.

With that, how many of you full-timers, snowbirds or others have Christmas lights at your site? How about some pics of your Christmas spirit?

I don't know which other forum to post this on, maybe a CM can assist?

Sitting here in a campground in Florida with about 120 other campers, I'd say Christmas lights is a mixed bag...a few outdoor lights, mostly small trees and window lights in the front of coaches. For full timing, sure, you want to get in the spirit, but you've only got so much space. The guys with the fifth wheels even less. I see more lights with those folks who've been here several years and have a shed/storage on their "permanent" site (although this campground only leases full year and is just starting to sell).

Lots of lights in this park, they have a park lighting contest and some go all out. Then there is "me" with a single 4 color string of LED lights on a timer.

We decorate inside and out. I feel we are "middle of the road," not too much, not too little.

The nice thing is that it takes about an hour instead of three days in our old stick and brick. LOL

We're in Hershey, PA to see Sweet Lights, Chocolate World, and Christmas Candy Lane.

Santa's Sleigh or Stella's Sleigh? Both are getting a lot of attention!

Sena, my capuchin monkey and traveling companion loves to look at holiday lights. We like to find one those S&B neighborhoods that go all out and drive thru slowly. She's like a kid, she'll sit on my lap looking out the window.

She's also the reason we don't decorate. She's hardwired to dismantle everything looking for food.

I'd enjoy seeing more pictures.
