Shamu

It's sort of big and beautiful (it's all in eye of the beholder) and lumbers along. The name just seams to fit and makes us happy.

When we bought our 2006 Newmar Ventana 3936 in January, we were not really thinking much about a name but I applied for a license plate with the name "DER.BUS" (German for... Guess what? ... The Bus). However, the Admiral started calling him "Vinny" from the get-go. So we ended-up and keep calling him "Vinny Ventana".

On another Forum a member bought a "Perris Pacer" that was pretty trashed when he got it...
He hit on the best name EVER!

The "Perris Hilton" !

When we purchased the Bounder this summer my 5 year old daughter named it "Roo-Poo.". So the name stuck and we added a stuff kangaroo to the dash area.

My wife keeps calling mine my "Mistress." I decided, as a result, to name her after my first girlfriend, Abbey. Wife still doesn't know where the name came from ;-)

We've been married for 27 years, and she knows my sense of humor- and, if she hasn't figured out I'm in it for the long haul, she needs to start!

As an over the road truck driver for 13 years and prior navy, my cb handle was Popeye. When the DW and I picked up our Fleetwood Flair, we stayed on with the theme. Me ship, The Olive. That was the name of Popeye's ship. Good enough for us.
