Quick is not an adequate word for the 750 "Widow-maker"

My first bike was a 2003 Suzuki Burgman 400, bought in 2005. It got traded in on a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50T in 2007. The C50T is sitting quietly in the garage now because we just picked up a 2006 Ural Tourist that is now our fun machine...

The C50T will probably be up for sale soon if anybody is interested...

You got that right. I quit riding after scaring myself silly on it, a wobble at 105 is not fun.

Sunday I'm going to buy a CB750k. She'll be my second, had one just like her 25 years ago. In 1969, Honda changed the world with this bike, the word "superbike" was invented just for her. I can't wait.

2005 Harley Davidson ultra classic Screamin Eagle. Don't get to ride it much between being a business owner, USCG reserve, camping and son's football.

Jim, that is a sweet 750K. I had a chance to ride one while working at a Suzuki dealership, we had only 2 strokes at the time. It was hard to get enthusiastic about the GT750 Water Buffalo after that, the Honda was a much nicer bike.

RoyM: "The 750 Kawaski would consistently shake it's head violently when stuffed hard into turns at high speed, but I shook so badly in those turns we got along just fine."
(Not really my comment, but I remember reading that in a magazine road test)
I did enjoy that bike and it really was not bad handling unless you got into triple digits.
A lot of Honda 750's around then, good machines. My wife had a Honda 350 road bike that she had a lot of fun with.
