No Way. Too many systems and things that could go wrong. Especially for someone with no experience or knowhow. Wish you luck and hope everything goes OK.

I'll just say you are a really great guy to them, my only problem is if anything happens to mine I want me to have done it and I don't want to have to pay for someone else's accident. I have had someone ask though if they could borrow it to go to Florida.

1st update
I just received a phone call from my Friends. They have made it to their campsite in Merrit and have successfully set up camp. All systems are operating perfectly Matt (driver) is already on Craiglist looking at M/H to purchase in the future. They are loving the Glamping experiance. Looks like down the road we may be travelling in a convoy. Stress factor reduced a little. I will update as info is received or upon their return.
Thanks again to all that responded,
Ted

^^^x2! So much more to this situation than just friendship. Ted it's obvious you're a special person and I hope your trust and generosity is rewarded by your "baby" coming home in better shape than when she left.
PS... Maybe your friends will buy her and you can get a fresh one!

It isn't really fair to the lendee because it could conceivably bankrupt them if something major happened and your insurer refused to pay up.
Even my kids don't get to borrow our rigs.

Ya know..., I am usually a pretty generous person, but there is just no way I would loan anybody my motorhome. I guess that's "the line" ... sorry. \ken

No way, the only other person that has used my coach in 40+ years is my youngest son 36 with my 3 grand daughters. He grew up traveling in a motorhome and knows what it means to me. Thats what rentals are for and if they think it was too expensive wait if they buy one.

I probably wouldnt do it, but if you felt that was the thing to do, kudos to you. It is after all, just stuff. I am sure you felt they are responsible enough to trust with your stuff. What I probably would have done is taken them along on one of your trips.
