DP = diesel pusher. DW = dear wife. Quite a few abbreviations have evolved and it takes some time to finally pick up on all the different ones. When ya don't know, be sure to ask. Steve

One I use occasionally is "SWMBO'. People who remember the BBC/PBS series "Rumpole of the Bailey" might also remember his name for Mrs. Rumpole "She Who Must Be Obeyed". Hence the acronym..

DW is often used for duel wheel also and SW for single wheel. Use care in their usage, there could be serious trouble if your DW crosses up the W’s and thought you were referring to Duel or Single wife. You could wind up a SM w/ DW DP.

It's all good.

Everyone got the first memorized? Here's another - Dictionary - NetLingo The Internet Dictionary: Online Jargon, Acronyms, and Text Message Shorthand
You must have this if you wish to decrypt what your children are saying/texting.
